A corner of Fort Pienc where you can enjoy breakfast with a fork and lunch with a spoon. Popular Catalan cuisine by Roger Sánchez Amat.
Where does the name BULLANGA come from?
From boiling the pot, from making chup-chup, just as we like to cook, honoring a good part of the meals that
We will offer you a good selection of fork breakfasts and spoon lunches.
Of the Bullangues of the 19th century, popular revolts that took place mainly in Barcelona, in the midst of
effervescence of the Barcelona fondas de sisos, a historical period that we are passionate about, that we will share and
from which we will recover the best pieces.
From the Bullanguera, a song that usually ends popular Mallorcan dances, because we have the
roots between the Mallorcan sea and the Pre-Pyrenees and a close connection with popular culture, which also connects us
we will use to promote.
Hence the name Bullanga, a project driven by many years of experience in the sector
Roger's restoration, his passion for popular cuisine and its history, but also for the whole
that surrounds it. A project that has become familiar, full of dreams and challenges, to offer to the people of the
neighborhood, from Barcelona and everywhere, the embers, the good food, the joy and the passions we share in our home. Everything
well mixed and concentrated in a small 21st century Barcelona inn.
